3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email and SMS containing your order tracking number and courier link.
You can track the real-time status of your parcel directly through the link provided or by logging into your Kotak Bazaar account.
4. Shipping Carrier Partners
We partner with reliable logistics and courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery, including:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, Expressbees, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and India Post.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
COD is available for selected pincodes across India.
Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order and make the cash payment.
Courier executives will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
6. Undeliverable Packages & Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address and pin code at the time of checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged Package Upon Receipt
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or open from the outside, please do not accept the delivery.
Report the issue immediately to our customer support team with photographs/video proof so we can process a replacement quickly.
